About Us

Innovative Construction Services, LLC (ICS) is general contractor providing roofing and various construction services across the great state of Texas. ICS is owned and managed by Levi Hall, with his wife Olivia right by his side.

In addition to caring for their large family; Levi manages ICS sales, field employees and job site scheduling making sure all jobs maintain the quality and integrity we strive for. Olivia handles the office management; however neither Levi or Olivia run Innovative Construction Services by themselves. ICS has an amazing team of employees that care about our customers and the quality of our product and services just as much as they do.

Innovative Construction Services, LLC covers all types of roof systems; however, our primary installation is residential and commercial composition roofing. ICS specializes in custom more intricate roofing such as tile; metal and single ply and built up roof systems. Other areas of work includes emergency services and demolitions; remodeling to include finish out product such as flooring, sheet rock, tile, granite, and paintwork but no major structural modifications. Our Team

Levi and Olivia, Owners

Levi has been in construction industry for now over 30 years. Starting out running tractors and performing all types of construction projects with his father right after high school. He's learned how to build a house from the foundation up along with roofing installation specifics through the years. Olivia has over 20 years of experience working with home building companies along with a college degree in Business Management. She leads the team in administrative and marketing services. Almost a decade ago now Levi turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of all his clients.

Julie Duncan, Office Clerk/HR Assistant

Julie has over 40 years of experience in construction and office management. She has been a part of ICS from day 1, providing excellent organization and customer support feedback.

Our Team

Isaac Hall, Field Supervisor

Isaac joined our team March 2019 bringing some knowledge of construction with him. He exhibits great qualities such as perseverance and kindness to all he meets and we are very grateful to have apart of the ICS team/family.

Darla Terry, Accounting Manager

Darla joined our team in April 2021 bringing experience from various administrative positions. She assists in several office operations but now mainly analyzing our accounts and customer files ensuring proper record keeping to better serve our customers.

Dylan Hall, Field Supervisor

Dylan joined us our team officially June 2020 but he has been working with us for many years now; seeing he is our son. We are excited to have him be apart of the company and watch him grow in his knowledge of all trades we do at ICS.
