Innovative Construction Services, LLC (ICS) was established in January 2014 by brothers, Levi and Jeremy Hall. Jeremy Hall began following his calling of full time field work soon after and ICS is owned and managed by Levi Hall, with his wife Olivia right by his side.
In addition to caring for their large family; Levi manages ICS sales, field employees and job site scheduling making sure all jobs maintain the quality and integrity we strive for. Olivia handles the office management; however neither Levi or Olivia run Innovative Construction Services by themselves. ICS has an amazing team of over 12 employees that care about our customers and the quality of our product and services just as much as they do.
Innovative Construction Services, LLC covers all types of roof systems; however, our primary installation is residential and commercial composition roofing. ICS specializes in custom more intricate roofing such as tile; metal and single ply and built up roof systems. Other areas of work includes emergency services and demolitions; remodeling to include finish out product such as flooring, sheet rock, tile, granite, and paintwork but no major structural modifications.

Levi and Olivia, Owners
Levi has been in construction industry for over 25 years. Starting out running tractors and performing all types of construction projects with his father right after high school. He's learned how to build a house from the foundation up along with roofing installation specifics through the years. Olivia has over 10 years of experience working with home building companies along with a college degree in Business Management. She leads the team in administrative and marketing services. Six years ago Levi turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of all his clients.
Julie Duncan, Office Clerk
Julie has over 40 years of experience in construction and office management. She has been a part of ICS from day 1, providing excellent organization and customer support feedback.
Geneva Huggins, Office Assistant
Geneva has several years of experience in various trades and joined our team in back in 2018. She assists ICS in various office tasks as well as assisting the field team making sure customers and jobs are handled well.
Heather Witt-Mitchell, Accounting Assistant
Heather has several years of experience in accounts payable and began improving ICS with her skills back in 2019. She assists ICS in making sure all invoices and vendors are paid accordingly and on time.
Chad Gregory, Field Supervisor
Chad has over 30 years of experience in roofing and construction. He has been a part of the ICS team since 2016 and his experience and knowledge ensure the standards of quality in service and product are upheld.
Matthew Farmer, Field Supervisor/Labor Assistant
Matthew joined the ICS team in 2015.
Jacob Perez, Labor Assistant
Jacob joined the ICS team in 2017.
Trevor McDonald, Sales Assistant
Trevor has over 30 years experience in customer involvement in various trades. He joined the ICS team back in 2019 assisting Levi in sales and service of jobs ensuring that quality and integrity is upheld for all our customers.
James Goodman, Field Assistant
James (Kirk) has over 40 years experience in various trades, bringing his knowledge and skills to ICS in 2019.
